It was morning on this cold hill and just as everyday before it this one was marked by shuffling feet on the pavement. It was morning, but the bitter stubborn night wasnt going down without a spectacular fight, not unlike two heathen gods locked in combat for eternity, or at least until
tomorrow morning.
as night finally yielded to the mornings vicious onslaught,
I sighed as my morning imprisonment came down the road, swaggering around in no particular fashion, as if it was trying to shake off last nights festivities.
right on schedule.
As my jailor finally slowed to a stop, I take one last quick look at my home.
Knowing that I wouldnt see it for many moods, or at least
a poets eternity.
